S-41 semi-automatic fire hose rack complete with canvas fire hose and attached brass nozzle. Fire Hose for Use by Occupants of Buildings - No. S-41 Elkhart Semi-Automatic Hose Rack - Manufactured by Elkhart Brass Mfg. This is a mid-century building safety unit, typically installed in commercial or industrial settings for emergency fire response. Original red painted steel rack.

Canvas fire hose (Underwriters Laboratories listed). Original instruction tag still present. The hose is marked and appears to be from 1966, which aligns with typical service-era replacements while the rack itself may date slightly earlier. These complete rack assemblies are getting harder to find, especially with tags and hose intact. Excellent piece for firehouse memorabilia, industrial décor, or restoration/display use.
