VINTAGE - MAYBE 1st MODEL A? "PYRENE" - COPPER / BRASS / IRON / WOOD HANDLE - PUMP STYLE. FIRE EXTINGUISHER w/GAUGE - HOSE - NOZZLE. We can not find any marking on this extinguisher outside of the word "PYRENE" on the gauge.

This is the pump style PYRENE EXTINGUISHER body for the early model - and identical to the MODEL 1B, but which does not have a GAUGE. The fact that NO Builder's TAG is present or ever seems to have been present indicates that this is perhaps the very first model. We would think that this dates to 1920 or maybe a little later.

Way, this seems to be the best of the best and likely the earliest. Wear and scratches consistent with age and use.
