Piece looks to have been painted over a few times, and finish is chipped, peeling and falling off. Piece of metal collar cut off and stuck inside large end. Large end measures 4 inches inside diameter. Small ends measure 3 inches inside diameter.

And are a bit greasy and grimy inside. Thanks for looking and please ask questions.
