(Dog Bone Knock Off) Fire Engine Cap. This is a vintage solid brass Fire Engine inlet water cap. Not sure of the age.

The threads are in good condition it shows very well not much where. 13 inches long 5 1/2 inches wide and 4 1/2 inch threads.

Its rare to find a knock off cap with a round ball shaped end. This would make a nice addition to someones vintage collection of fire equipment.

It makes it interesting conversation piece just sitting out as it is. It has been cleaned and polished.
