Morse Shut Off Nozzle Wye 3 Way Fire man Fighter Hose Solid Brass with Ball Valves

This listing is for an antique solid brass fire hose wye with two ball valves. Both handles are tight and work smoothly.

As shown this is marked - MORSE SHUT OFF NOZZLE / MFD. MCINTIRE BRASS WORKS / BOSTON - MASS. On one side and the other side is marked - PATENT 1973418 / 7473. We checked this patent number and it was for the ball valve and was patented in 1935. We are only guessing that this is for 1 1/2 hose.

The double outside male threads measure 1 7/8 on the very outside. The single inside female threads measure 1 3/4 on the very inside. You can see in the photos where we measured and how. This has excellent patina that only time can create. A super neat item for your vintage fire fighting collection or possibly to use.
