For sale is a gorgeous Rare Antique Colt Fire Truck Nozzle measuring approximately 9¼" tall by 3½" wide with a 2 diameter inside thread. The open and shut valve works smoothly, and it is stamped COLT and marked "The General Fire Truck Corp".

This collectible, heavy-duty, nickel plated brass nozzle is in great condition with the expected wear for its age, including some surface scratching and wear to the plating. About The General Fire Truck Corporation.

Louis, Missouri and Detroit, Michigan. The company was formed as the General Manufacturing Company in 1905.

They initially made leather belting, and branched into portable fire extinguishers in 1918. In 1926, the company moved to a new facility and changed their name to General Fire Truck Corporation to reflect their work constructing fire apparatus.
