Vintage Hebert Fire Hose Screw Down Clamp With Quick Release On One Side

  

This is a vintage Hebert Fire Hose Screw Down Clamp with a quick release on one side and a wooden base. It is in excellent condition. Embossed on quick release lever "N012121". There is a Hole in the base with a metal plate around it, not sure what that was used for (see picture #8).
